Phoenix is an 80 lb son of Sauk Rivers' Featherstorm "Jake". Phoenix is the best male that we have seen out of Jake. Like his father, Phoenix is a great retriever, and has a very strong instinctive scent point. Phoenix is available on a limited basis to stud outside our Kennel. EIC clear; Hips OFA Excellent. Elbows OFA normal. Eyes OPTIGEN tested clear of prcd gene. CERF clear.

Jake is at limited public stud.
We are offering Jake at stud to females outside of our kennel.
Jake's clearances are: EIC clear; OFA excellent hips; OFA normal elbows; CNM Whitelist; Prcd Clear; Current CERF. (will be updated Aug. 24th.) Jake has tested clear of the "prcd" gene for progressive rod cone degeneration...the only heritable form of PRA in labradors.
A limited amount of Frozen semen is available from Jake in 2010. $1500 per breeding

POLICIES For Breeding To A Sauk River Stud:
- Female must have a registry number with OFA for hips or have good or excellent OFA prelims
- Female must have a negative "Canine Brucellosis Test" within 4 weeks of the mating
- Strongly reccomend that your female have current CERF
- Owner of female must provide evidence of current vaccinations including bordetella (kennel cough)
- AKC or UKC Registration required
